Comprehensive health coverage
We provide health, dental and vision insurance, including coverage options for mental health, pet insurance and fertility benefits. We provide an employee assistance program (EAP) with resources on mental and emotional health, nutrition (including access to a registered dietician), lactation specialists, smoking cessation programs, sleep programs and much more!
Employer-matched 401(k)
We help you save for your future with retirement accounts, including an employer contribution and access to financial planning services so you can better manage your retirement planning and saving strategy.
Flexible paid time off (PTO)
We support employee well-being with a less rigid approach to PTO that allows you to take time off as you need it for vacations, mental health days, or to simply unplug. We recognize 8 paid holidays, have half days every other Friday in the summer and close for a week between Christmas and New Years.
Hybrid-first work environment
We offer the ability to mix both in-office and remote time for the ideal flexible work arrangements that allow you to balance work and life. We use a variety of tools, such as Slack, to allow you to stay connected with your teams across geographies and timezones.
Five-year anniversary sabbatical
Every five years of employment, we reward team members with a two-week sabbatical and a $2,000 cash gift to use on something that brings joy to their life like a once in a lifetime trip, a painting class or to send their dog away to a training bootcamp.
Family-friendly policies
We support caregivers with generous paid leave policies, available to all employees in the case of a birth or adoption of a child. We have a Family Bereavement Policy that allows time off for pregnancy loss, failed adoption or surrogacy agreements, unsuccessful reproductive procedures and other diagnoses or events negatively impacting pregnancy or fertility.

We provide clear career paths and opportunities to learn from experienced leaders through a formal mentorship program, Lunch and Learns, knowledge sharing, CEO Snacks + Strategies sessions, formal coaching and career development and more! Learn is one of our core values and we take it seriously.
