She is responsible for driving awareness, engagement and growth by developing integrated programs rooted in Walker Sands’ outcomes-based marketing approach.

With nearly a decade of experience in client service at Walker Sands prior to this role, Rachel brings a deep understanding of the challenges B2B brands face and the impact an OBM approach delivers.

She brings that background and context into the agency’s marketing strategy, ensuring Walker Sands stands out in the competitive landscape and drives value at every touchpoint.

Rachel has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband, 2 energetic toddlers and lovable golden retriever.
