As Vice President, Content, Jillian manages content strategy and execution for clients across a wide range of industries, including financial services, martech, HR technology, IT services, retail technology and more.

With a strong business and fintech reporting background and over a decade of experience crafting content for a variety of audiences, Jillian looks for any opportunity to enhance clients’ messaging and relevance within increasingly competitive markets. Working closely with a talented team of content writers and editor, Jillian creates and leads content programs that generate leads, increase awareness and align with client’s messaging and goals.

Jillian’s passion for storytelling runs deep, with her previous journalism experience including work as a daily news reporter in Cape Town, South Africa, covering the tech startup industry in Chicago and creating data-driven content within the payments and financial services space.

Born and raised in Virginia, Jillian naturally attended the state’s best university, Virginia Tech. There she earned a bachelor’s degree in business, double majoring in marketing and management, with a specialization in entrepreneurship, innovation and technology. Jillian holds a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and called Chicago home for nearly a decade. She currently resides in Virginia with her husband and two children.
