We recognize 8 paid holidays, have half days every other Friday in the summer and close for a week between Christmas and New Years.

We support caregivers with generous paid leave policies, available to all employees in the case of a birth or adoption of a child. We have a Family Bereavement Policy that allows time off for pregnancy loss, failed adoption or surrogacy agreements, unsuccessful reproductive procedures and other diagnoses or events negatively impacting pregnancy or fertility.
