- Answer and route telephone calls.
- Have a basic knowledge of staff whereabouts.
- Keep the office clean and organized, presentable
to clients at all times.
- Maintain a relationship with vendors to keep the
office stocked with supplies.
- Organize, renew and file all publications.
- Maintain agency conference calendar.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for
the staff.
- Distribute mail, white papers, faxes, and other
packages.
- Prepare and assemble press kits.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management
team.
- Proven proficiency as an Administrative Assistant
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- An understanding of the internet as a research
tool.
- Superb problem solving and organizational skills.
- Strong writing skills.
- An interest in technology.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong knowledge of basic computer skills, including
Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Reports to entire office.
- If desired and appropriate based on skills and
performance, can be promoted to Account Coordinator.
