- Public relations planning and media relations
for key accounts.
- Develop editorial calendars.
- Develop relationships with editors and analysts
in the trade & business press.
- Place targeted story ideas with high technology
and business media.
- Coordinate speaking and award opportunities.
- Client presentations.
- 2-3 years public relations or marketing experience,
including account management
- 1 year high-tech and 1 year agency experience
preferred.
- Positive attitude in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively - both written
and verbally.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage
own time.
- Experience pitching the media.
- Proven ability to manage projects-both up and
down.
- Superb problem solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of technology.
- Strong knowledge of basic computer skills, including
Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Reports to Senior Account Executive.
- Based on performance, can be promoted to Senior
