- Assist Account Supervisor and Account Executive
in daily administration of accounts.
- Develop and maintain media lists, briefing books,
clippings.
- Prepare reports, budgets, itineraries, account
materials.
- Help schedule press tours.
- Demonstrated job or volunteer experience, preferably
in the PR or hi-tech industries.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prefer some research and administrative experience.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- An understanding of the internet as a research
tool.
- Superb problem solving and organizational skills.
- An interest in technology.
- Strong writing skills.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong knowledge of basic computer skills, including
Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Reports to Account Executive.
- Based on performance, can be promoted to Associate
